My 2013 Ford Escape Adventures!

If you haven’t heard the news yet, Ford Motor Co. has given me the wonderful opportunity to test out the all new Ford Escape! Come tomorrow, Tuesday October 23rd, I’ll be riding in style learning all about Fords newest baby, and tweeting for Ford using Twitter hash tag: #tweet4ford.
I am beyond excited to drive the all new Ford Escape for several reasons, the first one being how green this vehicle is. As an example, the Ford Escape’s interior carpet is made from 25 recycled 20 ounce plastic bottles, seats and head restraints contain 5% soy foam, the insulation in the dashboard contains more than 10 pounds of scrap cotton from jeans, sweaters, T shirts among other recycled items, and the climate control gasket, powertrain undershields, and wheel arch liners all contain 100% tire and plastics recycled materials. There is also an option to purchase a Ford Escape with a 1.6 or 2.0 liter Eco Boost engine, which improves efficiency of intake and exhaust, improving fuel economy and power delivery!
Another reason I am excited to try out the all new Ford Escape is the hands free technology which includes: a liftgate with motion-sensing technology, and upgraded MyFord Touch® system that makes connecting with digital devices on the go even easier! I’ll be blogging and tweeting all week about my experiences, so stay tuned for pictures of all the amazing features.
In addition to all the above, the Ford Escape is projected to have the best fuel economy of any compact SUV! I think we can all take comfort in knowing that vehicle manufacturers like American made Ford, are taking our budgets into consideration when it comes to fuel economy.
So stay tuned for my daily adventures while I drive around town in the all new Ford Escape! If you love all American companies like Ford, help me spread the word on Twitter using hashtag #tweet4ford, and share my blog posts amongst your friends! I will also be documenting my 2013 Ford Escape Adventures over on my other site Memoirs of a Modern Day Wife.

I have to admit that I enjoy the new look of the Escape, a lot better than their previous attempts, thanks for the great article.
I like the new look too. I am prone more to a sleeker, more aerodynamic look.
