Every once in awhile, I find it great to review things-not only to add updates but to remind people of useful resources available to them.  So today I thought, “hey- why not review where I get all my coupons from!”  Naturally, I get coupons from inserts in the Sunday newspapers, but I get the majority of my coupons online. Needless to say, grocery coupon resources are a great thing to have!

Every shopping trip, I average about a “25% coupons from newspaper ratio” to a “75% coupons from the internet ratio”.  There is an ever growing amount of coupon resources on the internet, which kinda tickles my fancy.  Below are the online resources I most frequently use for grocery coupons, HBA coupons, and baby care coupons:

Coupons.com: where you will find a treasure trove of coupons for all things imaginable like foods, beverages, HBA items, toys, games, coupons for magazines, baby coupons, ect.

Coupon Network by Catalina:  The Coupon Network not only offers coupons, but also tells you about current Catalina’s that are available at your local grocery stores.  Right now, the Coupon Network has some amazing Kraft coupons available (Kraft coupons are very few and far between) so head on over and get printing!

SavingStar:  SavingStar offers exclusive E-coupons, with nothing to print or cut out!  SavingStar links your grocery rewards card to your Savings Star account, then upon checkout SavingStar tallies the money you saved by using their eCoupons and automatically adds the funds to your SavingStar account!  Cash out is available once you have reached $5.00 in your account, and is available in the forms of bank deposit, PayPal, or gift card.

Mambo Sprouts: If eating organic is your thing, they you must (!) check out  Mambo Sprouts.  Mambo Sprouts is chock full of wonderful printable coupons for organic foods and health items!  Mambo Sprouts is still a bit of a secret, and not nearly mentioned as much as it should be.

Smartsource and Redplum offer great grocery coupons as well.  Some of the coupons you find on Smartsource and Redplum can also be found in newspaper inserts and through Coupons.com.

    Other online resources I use all the time include: www.bettycrocker.com, www.campbellssoup.com, www.hood.com, Land O Lakes.com and www.horizondairy.com.

Most manufacturers will even send you coupons if you contact them, so do not hesitate to email some of your favorite brands!  There are a handful of tried and true companies that I have contacted in the past. Go *here* to see which companies have sent me coupons, upon my request.

What online resources do you use for coupons? Are there any great grocery coupon resources I am missing out on?

You would be so proud of me… I went to grocery store last weekend and got $120 worth of groceries for $57!!! My biggest score were the Gerber organic pouches which were on sale for 1.59… I had a manf coupon for 75 cents which stop and shop doubled. So I scored them for 9 cents a piece!!!!
